Nope, I think the OP phrased it awkwardly though. It's not really Radiohead's "musical range" that's all that impressive, it's more that they do make a conscious effort to change up their production. Which is to be applauded for sure. But it's not like you can sit and listen to their 2007 album and then their 1995 effort and hear something truly different stylistically, they are definitely not trying to reinvent the wheel.

Off the top of my head, College Dropout/Late Registration/MBDTF, Voodoo, The Suburbs, Boxer/High Violet, Speakerboxx/The Love Below, The ArchAndroid, Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea/Let England Shake, Channel Orange, Smile, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Illinois, Teen Dream, whokill, Elephant, Is This It, Mass Romantic, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Helplessness Blues, How I Got Over/Undun, Halcyon Digest/Parallax, Donuts, Be, Kaputt...

Amnesiac is pretty unfocused compared to the two landmark Radiohead albums. It sometimes feels like a collection of B Sides from when they were recording Kid A... (Though there are some gorgeous songs in there, no question)

Oh, and this "most musicians" thing is just wrong.
Most of the guys who made those "non-sampled" albums listen to TONS of hip-hop, including Radiohead.

Once again, they show their musical range by using different styles. They hit you with great song after song, and while they may not be radio friendly hits, they sure are great. And none more powerful then their gloomy 'Pyramid Song'….. one of the greatest songs of our generation.

Scratch the last part.

OF ALL TIME.
I came into this thread ready to pounce and low and behold, you hit me with an awesome right cross...

You, sir, have impeccable musical taste

Radiohead>all
