Default OT: Does ESPN have something against T.O?

It's getting a little childish. There isn't one Espn analyst that thinks TO should have made the pro bowl.

They diss him all the time. When T.O says something they will twist it and turn it against T.O. Owens compared Parcell to his grandma and ESPN made it sound as if TO disliked Parcell and his grandma.

ESPN has no class and they should stop ****ing with T.O. Even the black analysts are hating on him.

TO has no class, not ESPN. Guy is a joke, why did he have to insult a HOF coach like that? He needs to STFU...and which receiver should TO replace in the pro-bowl, please tell me.

TO is a train wreck, the way he bashed parcells after his retirement press conference was the most classless thing i have ever heard, he blames parcells coaching for the cowboys season... of course he'll never look in the mirror and accuse the guy who led the league in dropped passes (17) for doing something wrong, no that would require TO to man up...

A TO apologist/sympathizer saying someone else has no class?

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

ESPN has been out to get Owens since day one, this is a complete and utter witch hunt, period. From DAY ONE, let me get this straight, its not okay for Owens to hold out because he was being gravely under paid after performing at such a high level. Yet, its okay for players under contract to get cut when they dont perform? They knew T.O. has an out-there personality so they decided to make them their media goat, this is wack.

He led the league in TDs and made some amazing grabs.

He was probably the most entertaing wide receiver in the league, but the Dallas

fans rather put Mr. Romo in the Probowl than him.

he ran his mouth all the time asking for the ball more (unfalkin believeable)

ESPN is too nice to TO

he is a straight up bum (couldn't even commit suicide properly)

My point exactly. Why would you complain if you lead the legue in TD?
Plus, he destroys every team hes in. SF,Philly, and now slowly hurting the cowboys.
Since when is it ESPNs fault? He wants and feeds of media attention. Even when hes injured he dresses up to attract attention.

TO is a knuckle head... but he isnt as bad as people like to pretend he is... He's never done anything really bad...

his whole problem revolves around his mouth and his inability to know when to close it...

But in all honesty, I dont rank him as this huge problem worthy of all the talk and bashing he receives...

He says about as many dumb things as Charles Barkley has...

I think the majority of the problems stem from all the commentators and writers who continuosly use TO to grandstand on, no matter what the issue is..

So what he didnt praise Bill Parcells?

Is that a crime? Does TO's comments really require 25 sports writers to all write nasty articles about him because he criticized a coach?

lets be honest.... Bill Parcells did underachieve in Dallas and the funny thing is that if you look on the web right next the articles bashing TO for saying it, you other sportswriters basically saying the same things about Parcells....

So it really seems to be about sensationalizing every the guy says or does....I also see that this somehow feeds TO's ego, because he keeps talking... but if we keep perspective, its only talking......

hearing what guys say is interesting and can be reason to like or not like a guy....but the constant barrage of hateful talk about TO is unwarranted

the whole issue would go away if the writers and the TV guys stopped all the pontificating over this guy...

To me, the press has as much blame as TO for this trend of annoying people with this topic
