They do not. The three players mentioned were exceptional. However, there wasn't a ton else. What spurred their upset of San Antonio in '91? An unorthodox setup often slotting Tom Tolbert at center. As neat as that plan was, it never would have worked in the long run, in the 90's, 2000's, or otherwise. The competition mentioned (Kings, Spurs, Lakers) were infinitely deeper at all positions.
