Watching Jordans playoff runs before he got his championship and Lebron in Cleveland changed my mindset completely about how valuable rings are, they are valuable ofcourse but to value a players individual career with this team accomplishment being the biggest and in some cases the only priority and totally discredit what the player did with what he had to work with around him is unfair, simpleminded and just stupid.... this is not tennis for gods sake...
I totally agree. And I kind of had the same revelation. And to be totally honest, I probably had more fun watching MJ and LeBron when they were raw and ever so explosive.

not saying he deserves blame for 09, but most of his fans always blame his teammates if the team loses or says Lebron carried the team if the team wins.

Why didn't Lebron guard Dwight? I've seen plenty of guys guard Lebron James with larger size, strength differences than Dwight vs Lebron.

I want the best defensive player on the heart of the opposing team's offense. Rashard Lewis and Hedo wouldn't have humiliated Z any worse than they already did to LeBron.
