I don't want Nash to get hurt at all but I kind of expect him to.

Meeks can't handle the ball well enough to be a pure PG. Duhon is ok, he doesn't turn the ball over, with Blake you never know what you might get.

I agree. I think Meeks is an underrated pick-up. streaky as hell but when he's hot he's amazing.

for a 3rd time

meeks doesnt have to do anything but shoot

hes the pg on defense and the SG on offense... same as it was with kobe and fish for 10 years

kobe handled the ball, kobe was the main play maker.

fisher just spotted up in the corner for threes and chucked every time he touched the ball

meeks can do that

The difference is that they don't have Phil Jackson or the triangle anymore. Which is the reason why Fisher was just flat out terrible with the lakers and later improved when he just shot 3's with the Thunder.

If Nash explodes his knee, you guys are need the triangle again to be at the top.

Nash is the center of that team. He's the guy everyone says will make them dangerous because he makes everybody better. If Nash goes down, it would be similar to last year's team with Sessions, but a year older.

lol they won 5 titles without a real point guard

all they need is a defensive motivated center and a bench

nash just makes them legendary... instead of just winning the title we're gonna blast them with p*ss

I have a question. Say Nash tears his acl. Who starts for the lakers at pg?

Steve Blake
Chris Duhon
Jodie Meeks
Kobe Bryant

Who?

If you think about it, kobe is actually the best passer out of those 4, but the least willing to pass. Who gets the job?

Came in this thread, expecting it to be yet another scared hater thread. Wasn't disappointed
