I am pretty sure the only people I negged in this game were TheeBeast and Derrick. One was as a faceless killer, the other was pretending to be ATR . But I also got negged twice by 'faceless killer'

No. Vigilante is town-aligned. He gets to make one kill per night.
A serial killer is a third party role with killing instincts.
