Yes it does. It would only be fair, so as of now Iverson has 5 votes. If coin24 comes in and says he votes for Iverson that would be 6 but as of now it's 5.

coin24 clearly means Iverson should get in. He would have used someone elses name if he thought someone else deserve it more.

that to me is more important than what words he use to express his opinion
