alright, we will see, if he has bigger numbers than Dez this year I won't say anything...but if Thomas gets injured again that should be seen as him being injury prone, a legit knock...Dez has missed minor time, nothing like Thomas though...Dez is a bit tougher I think
I would agree with that. Thomas is injury prone as f*ck. When healthy I think he's better tho and if he's healthy this year he'll continue to be better.
Bennet said Romo is buddy buddy with Whitten and the other receivers are secondary. If you remember, TO said the same thing on the way out that Whitten was A and everyone else was B. Bennett, he's Eli's shadow on the sideline, but so are all the receivers. They are like his gang over there. To be fair though, Bennett is kind of surly so i can see him taking a perceived slight that wasn't real.
This does hold some merit. I felt that Bledsoe blackballed TO during their short stint together. It happens. That being said, Bennett still underachieved in Dallas.
I don't know who Romo is buddies with and all that silly drama, but my main point was that Bennett was on the bench 95% of the plays in Dallas...obviously that is huge reason why he didn't have numbers...we don't run tons of 2 TE sets like NE does
That's like saying Rodgers sucked while Favre was there...
His biggest challenges have always been off the field with his bad background and various embarrassing incidents. If he's getting help with that stuff and can keep out of trouble from now on he'll have an excellent career.
I obviously had confidence he would do well since he was my other FF $ wideout with AJ Green.
Honestly tho, the Saints have THE WORST pass defense I've seen in a long time. Dez was running around like it was P.E. class football yesterday. That game yesterday doesn't show me anything new: Dez physical specimen, NO pathetic defending the pass.
Who DIDN'T know Romo would tie the game last drive? It was obvious. Pathetic defense.
He's becoming a great player but his ol Bitch ass and his 67 IQ gun get pressed out the building Sunday.
