DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. Here is the real polls when they account democrat oversampling
. Don't let them steal an election. If Obama is announced the winner in Nov, DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. We must defend liberty at all costs.
I saw this link and was going to post about it the other day, but I thought it was piling on. kicking the Republicans when they were down. Then I thought, it's too obscure and I haven't seen any evidence that any Republican actually believes this site.
It's truly an amazing thing. The Republican party since the Nixon administration has attacked the media for liberal bias. At times they seem to be attacking the idea of journalism itself, not just how it's practiced. Then they created their alternate media structure of talk radio and a truly biased cable news channel in Fox News. So they have worldview where they can dismiss anything they don't like that appears in the mainstream news.
Eggheads like to call this phenomenom "epistemic closure"
an intellectual world in which the only trustworthy sources of information are those within your movement.
More discussion on this here.
This "unskewed polls" site is not even pretending to reflect reality. It's aware that some segment of its audience wants to believe Mitt Romney is performing better than he, so screw reality, let's just give them what they want. It in no way is actually making a serious critique of the polling practices.
It's very funny because it's basically saying even Fox News polls cannot be trusted
, like this one from two week ago, finding (like most other polls a n Obama bounce after the conventions. Obviously, the left has gotten to Fox News.
The president receives a five percentage-point bounce among women and a 12-point bounce among independents, in a Fox News poll released Wednesday.
Overall, the Obama-Biden ticket tops the Romney-Ryan ticket by 48 to 43 percent among likely voters. The president’s advantage is within the poll’s margin of sampling error.
That’s a four-point “convention bounce” for Obama among likely voters. Before the conventions, Romney edged Obama by one point (45-44 percent, August 19-21, 2012).
It also ignores the fact that both parties have very sophisticated internal polling operations. The Romney team knows exactly how well is polling. Do you have sense that they think they are winning by 8 points nationally?
Of course, for some even the results on election day won't be enough to disprove this site. It will only show that the Democrats stole the election.
