Monday: I usually skip this day.
Tuesday: Back/Lats and Legs
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Back/Lats and Legs
Friday: Chest, with a focus on shoulders
Saturday: Definitely a day off
Sunday: Exercises I dislike doing: Deadlifts, squats, etc.

I put no emphasis on arm exercises since plenty of size is gained anyway. I find this to be a simple routine that doesn't take too much time out of the day. I try to spend an hour or less at the gym, if I can stay longer than that, I didn't work hard enough. Obviously things like abdominal exercises are done here and there, they can be done every day if one wants to.

My favourite exercises are lat pulldowns and dumbbell presses. I think keeping it simple works well for the average guy like me. I'm no pro and have no desire to be one.

I didn't forget running in mine, I just don't do any of it. Yeah yeah, I know, but I hate running.

So you only lift weights? No cardio exercise?

Doing a circuit of exercises with weights I've found is better than just running, plus it will put on mass. You obviously won't be lifting as heavy as you usually do, but it really promotes explosive muscle growth.

Didn't mean it's wrong, just curious.
IMO a combination of both is best.

I hate running, but if there is a weight involved, I can do endurance or long, taxing exercises. I think its that running alone is boring for me. Plus it kind of takes away from what I'm trying to achieve, which is lifting as much weight as possible.

I play basketball twice a week; lazily though, but I guess its enough for me.

Well, you don't have to run that much. 15-20 minutes or so would be enough. You already play basketball so there's no need though.

Cool, I play basketball twice a week at least with friends, so that should do then.

MWF "Whole Body" training. I put quotation marks around whole body coz I just do whatever movements I'm focusing on for the 6 weeks. Ever since I shifted my mindset from training muscles to training movements, I feel that I progressed much faster. I do some type of activity every morning like TABATA burpees or Kettlebell Swings or basketball when I don't have class. Sundays are complete rest days though.

I run between 50-70 miles per week, layout changes pretty frequently, but an example would look like this (amount in miles):
M:AM 5.5 + Weights (whole body), PM 9
T: AM 6, PM Interval Workout (7.5 miles)
W:4.5 with core work
Th: AM 5.5, PM Tempo Run (9 miles)
F: 5.5 + Weights (whole body again)
Sa: Long Run (13-17 miles)
Su: 5 miles

That would be an example of one of the tougher weeks I've done recently. I obviously don't care much about lifting (I run cross country in college currently), but do enjoy lifting the amount I do.
