I know Durant's got this one locked up but just for the sake of dunk information, Jason Maxiell had two pretty nice hammers on San Antonio last night: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0n7VXyDUWHo
Re: -StroShow's Daily Poster Thread 2012/13 (New Season, New Thread!)-
His extraordinary coordination allows him to fool his defender with a hesitation dribble. His lightning quickness gives him the burst that sets him free. His stunning athleticism facilitates takeoff from the edge of the painted area, and his seven-foot, five-inch wingspan enables him to finish over the top of the help. Simply put, Kevin Durant is the ideal prototype of a scorer; an offensive player so multifarious that his extensive set of attributes makes Monta jealous. While it’s impossible to capture the complete range of such a skill set in one single play, Durant’s signature driving dunks are a solid representation.
Durant, with this very same maneuver, has already destroyed countless victims. They’re some of the biggest men in the NBA — Brendan Haywood, Roy Hibbert, and Marcin Gortat, to name a few — but the unstoppable forward fears none. And why should he? Already on his way to a fourth scoring title, the 24-year-old superstar out of the DMV is more accomplished than most, yet he’s just getting started.

It was better in that Durant flew in from so far away, but Morris barely contested. Amar'e had a better POSTER, imo. It was also a lot stronger. Durant looked like he barely grabbed the rim, ala Blake Griffin.

Grabbing the rim isn't a requirement. The reason he didn't is because Morris body bumped him towards the baseline, which makes the fact that he was able to dunk it after jumping from like 10 feet away pretty impressive. He actually threw it in with more force than Amare did... Amare's power was in the way he bulldozed Stiemsma with his shoulder.
Only one can win, I think Durant's was better. Durant is also a clear winner of the eyeball test... his dunk just looks a lot cooler.

I remember JR Smith had the better eye ball test dunk over DMC, yet you chose the guy who had more power. Just be consistent with your choices.
