Not very. I live in a small town of 5,498 people in Arkansas. 5,051 of those are white which is 92%. Sounds about right and is about the norm in this part of the state. In my graduating class of 225 there was only five or six African-Americans, and even fewer Hispanics. Starting in 6th grade I played AAU ball for a team based in a city in central Arkansas for three or four years. I was one of two white guys on the team. It was a culture shock the first year and took some getting used to.
You can not generalize, but it is true that their culture is more problematic. Gypsies from here although being a minority they have played an important role in the development and expansion of our music and our dance, and they are part of the urban landscape.
I can go days without seeing black people in Vidor, and it's not diverse at all.
One, it was a joke. Two, there are literally thousands of places where you can go without seeing a minority for a while, how in the world would that make a city diverse?
I literally have no idea how your example is plausible.

There are also places where you can go days without seeing white folks. Doesn't make them diverse.
I dont think there are any cities as diverse as Toronto. Sometimes I can go hours, even days without seeing white people.

Dude, I was over here for a good 10 seconds trying to decode some metaphor I thought you were trying to convey. Something along the lines about me not being with the times.
Then I remembered a dropped a hard-ass track this week.
