WTF??? Both Parker and Billups have been heavily criticized in the past for their volume shooting/scoring as PG's the same way Westbrook is now. No different dude.

Its what happens when KIDS start watching the NBA after someone prime they just go off what other people say "chucker" "he sucked" they should just watch some tape. He was a much better passer and got to the rim whenever he wanted, Westbrook dreams of making passes that Marbury did.
It's not like Marbury played in the 70's or something. All of us here witnessed his career. He was looked at as a selfish asshole back then too. He was never a true superstar like Westbrook is now.
You're definitely a new fan. You weren't around to watch Pop constantly bench Parker for making terrible PG decisions and shooting too much his first 2-3 years or so in the league. The intelligent PG you see now isn't the same as young, reckless TP was. Billups has a reputation throughout his career as being trigger happy and at times shooting way too much for a PG. Both have been picked apart for it. So YOU are the one who needs to watch some footage and catch up here.
Brown fked it up, it got out of hands and he decided to insist on the 3rd/4th unit to make it look it's just practice, when in reality he just f'ed up the rotations as always.
Only because he's got more potential and a better all around game than both. Better player= higher expectations. Bottom line is... Brandon said scoring PG's have NEVER won anything yet two scoring PG's have finals MVP's in the last 8 years.
I take no stock in the preseason..but mike brown came out at half time and played a lineup he would NEVER think of playing in the regular season (at least I hope not)
I understand playing back ups, but at least put a combination on the floor that will actually see minutes during the year
I'm still facepalming at how he really stuck with ebanks at the 2 instead of meeks for the majority of the game

Good to know I never said any of that trash, I just said Westbrook's effort is better on defense.
And your showing me Stephon's highlight mix ? Okay, how is that in any form an objective video ? It's showing me all his positives. I know he was a good player, but he also had negatives in his career that really wasted his talent too.
I'll take Westbrook and his higher upside. He's not even in his true prime yet, either.
