His role was
MUCH less important back then than it is now. The Big 3 were all more important to the team than he was back then.

Which is why Paul Pierce won FMVP? Garnett and Allen played way more of role in the 2008 finals then Rondo.

You responded to a post not too long ago that saying Westbrook got to the Finals by you saying "He has Durant".
So, Rondo had Garnett, Pierce, and Allen in 2008. It's pretty easy to run a team when you got a veteran core like that.
Who's the better player by the way, 2008 Rondo or 2010 Rondo ? 2008 Rondo or 2012 Rondo ?

Mike Brown and older players like Kobe and Nash breaking down during the season are the Lakers greatest concerns

So far, I hope CDR makes the team. As for the final spot, possibly Sacre or DJO? DJO didn't do much today but then again he barely played.

Lakers should just focus on getting managing Howard's injury right and not burning out Nash and Kobe during the regular season. If the Lakers can make it to just 4th seed with the team fully fit they will be in prime position to take the title

CDR shouldn't have a problem making the team. He's clearly more talented than most of the other guys trying to make the team.
Guaranteed roster spots:
Nash
Kobe
MWP
Pau
D12
Jamison
J. Hill
Likely will make Roster
Ebanks
Meeks
Blake
CDR
The remaining 4 guys will be interesting. Maybe Goudelock, Morris, Clark and Johnson-Odom? Maybe Sacre over one of those guys? Duhon?

Kobe had his injury concerns last season and is already struggling from a sore foot already, can't ignore the fact he is 34, Brown should wrap him in cotton wool.
Imo you would prefer a
Fit playoff Kobe >>> Fit regular season Kobe

Okay.
Now answer the question from before, 2008 Rondo or 2010 Rondo, who's the better player ? 2008 Rondo or 2012 Rondo, who's the better player ?
Don't forget to answer. Very easy. Just pick a season where Rondo was better.
