Clutch I addressed all of that before you made the post, take a look at the previous page.

Having two to three scoreless starters is the issue.

They aren't making the other team work.

Meanwhile Toronto just destroyed Portland tonight. They didn't allow 40+ rebounds to the Blazers.

Knicks better get their sh*t together or San Antonio will humiliate them too.

It's been Melo and J.R. vs whole other team for a while. Other players need to step up. Why is Brewer still starting ? He brings nothing to the table. At least not for the Knicks

Landry Fields had a good game. I'd rather have him back than Brewer.

At $7 million per year?

Toronto would trade him to us in a heartbeat if we would take him.

If we resigned him, we likely wouldn't have Kidd, Smith, and all the other pieces we got this offseason.

I'm not the one signing the checks, so

But I'm happy to see Dolan lose enough money to be forced into selling the team.

Knicks looked good. More time with everyone together can only help.

I look forward to the ghibberish after tonights game.

Its amazing how most people love to blame individuals... Its not an individual thing.

Coach plays too small and they cant shoot. That equals bad defense and out rebounded. Simple stuff. Not an individual blame game.

Knicks played great. Defense was there from start to the end. Knicks shut down the paint, they did allow some wide open threes though but IMO that's better than allowing easy layups. There's a much bigger chance NBA player will miss a n open three than an open layup.

I like when Camby and Chandler play together. It denies second chance opportunities which helps the team defense a lot.
Knicks outrebounded the Spurs by 13 !!!
When was the last time we outrebounded someone by 10+ ? I seriously can't remember.

I know this. My point was obvious. You play small and cant shoot you cant play good defense or rebound. Tonight they did the opposite.

It was never an individual thing it was a team thing that started from the coaching staff.

Melo was amazing but the Knicks as a team played significantly worse than against the Spurs.
Defense just wasn't there and if Melo didn't go HAM in the 4th we could have easily lost the game.

Celtics are next. Teams don't really like each other so I hope that's enough for the Knicks to try not to open the game in such embarrassing fashion once again.

Nets are starting to win some games so every win is important to maintain that 4-5 game lead over them in the Atlantic.
