To be fair, Jamison would match up, and have a better shot at defending Melo than Hill would.

Jamison might even be guarding Brewer while Metta guards Melo. No way in hell Hill would have a shot at guarding Melo or Brewer.

D'Antoni's stupid offense takes people out of position naturally and now you have cross matchups too. Should work well for the Lakers. It always did for the Knicks.

Jamison should only be a starter on a team that's trying to tank, not a team that's trying to make the playoffs.

This. Stop acting like Jamison will be anywhere near Melo. He'll be on Brewer.

What were the Lakers gonna do? Put Jordan Hill on Carmelo? Come on now.

If the Lakers backup guards were good defenders, I'd suggest Peace playing the 4 and Kobe play the 3...what the hell happened to Ebanks?

Thats what the lakers should do. But have meeks start at the 2 against JKidd.

Duhon - Felton
Meeks - Kidd
Kobe - Brewer
Artest - Melo
Dwight - Chandler

It would also open up the offense the way D'Antoni wants. But they'd have no guard play off the bench.
