Pretty sure that rule only applies if the defender forces you out. Looked like he just sort of ran out of the back of the end zone.

So why don't teams just push all receivers out of bounds as soon as the play starts to make them all ineligible?

Interesting if you're allowed to just shove a receiver out of bounds and he's basically ineligible to catch the ball for the rest of the play. Oh well, it's the Bucs.

So what I'm hearing is... You can legally push a receiver out, but you just can't force him from coming back in.

I thought if you're pushed outside of the 5 yards, it's either Pass Interference or Illegal Contact.
