Elton Brand is a better partner for Kaman...with that said, Dirk is still the best PF in the league.
Maybe it will get Kaman worked in to the team. Brand can still play defense, he should be good. Their offense is also better than Philly's.
Mostly, Mayo has a chance to establish himself. Let's see if he's as good as some of us (certainly me) think he is.

I wonder how many legit years Dirk has left in the tank, to be honest.
He looked bad for much of the season, last year.
