Kind of like M Improved P - except the opposite.

Javale McGee - thought he would take his game to the next level, in his case he's taken it down a level or 3

You know, I might have to agree with this selection.

When you can't win a starting gig over Kosta Koufos, your game must suck.

How can he take his game to the next level when he is coming off the bench behind Kosta Koufos?

His per 36 minutes stats this year is 19.6 pts 9.2 rebounds and 3.7 blocks

Javale seemed primed to have a break out season. A change of scenery and a good showing in last year's playoffs had many thinking he'd turn the corner this year. But nope. It seems he's limited by his mentality.

Micheal Beasley. Thought he had an opportunity to flourish with the Suns.

Agreed. With that monster pay day, and solid showing against the Lakers in the playoffs, thought he would be a around 13pg, 11rpg & 3bpg, and averaging around 32mpg

Obviously he got torched in practice by Kosta and others and George Karl has kept him in his dog house ever since.

Also seems Karl is not that keen in having McGee on his team, and has to play him some due to senior team management/ownership pressure.

Maybe another change of scenery is required? Portland, Philly, Boston, Suns (Gortat swap?), Miami, Raptors could all use an athletic bigman to grab boards and block heaps of shots!

Is it fair to say Andrew Bynum?

Philly acquired damaged goods and they got fleeced!

Lakers played it well, they knew Bynum was done but kept his value high enough to cash in!

Not here to debate the Lakers record, just looking at what they gave up and received.
