and this is why even though me and you made a self ban bet, I'm not insisting on you leaving because I was reading Nate Silver and Sam Wang, these guys know their shit, both were saying Obama was the clear favorite all along. Romney gave himself a chance after the first debate but he NEVER passed 270 in their models. Obama was always ahead. I even spotted you 29 EVs remember? I said if Obama wins but doesn't get 300, I lose.

Obama ended with 332, just like they predicted...

You aren't so bad, you can stay

I just surfed some GOP sites Man those people are pathetic. lol

they have this new delusion now that they'll just disengage from society and watch it crumble because all the "welfare queens, and lazy BO voters" will fall apart if they cant mooch off the wonderful job creators in GOP.....

these dudes are posting on a message board... All of them supposedly own businesses and they are all firing anybody they think voted Obama

the right wing is delusional as f*ck

it is truly hilarious to watch... They refuse to look in the mirror and accept their shellacking...

this has probably been the best part of the election aftermath watching these clowns meltdown and go through all the stages..

Well, that didn't take long.

"Why should Vermont and Texas live under the same government?" he wrote. "Let each go her own way."

Morrison went on to express anger at the "maggots" who backed Obama, specifically calling out non-white voters, whom he accused of voting for the president on an "ethnic basis."
But, we're the racists for pointing it out, right?

GOP is a crazy bunch of delusional out of touch people.. These clowns whine about everything and yet they somehow cannot see that they are the source of their own problems...

Spend the last 4 years making it clear that the ONLY thing they care about is undermining Obama...

And now that they have made their beds? they dont wanna sleep in them....

*spend the election cycle demonizing Hispanics & black folks

*creating laws in republican run states to curtail women's right to choose...

*not a day goes by that they dont use muslims as a boogey monster...

Then they turn around and wonder what happened

now they are mad..........at everyone else for not seeing things their way..lol

Delusional

To be fair, they've been warning us for 150+ years or so...

Looks like they finally sacked up and are getting down to the knitty gritty

Labour statistics weren't made up? Either they were, or whoever estimates them just shitted out jobs.

Libya was a coverup.

The polls were skewed for Democrats.

Taxes WILL go up.

The reforms are not communism, just socialism.

Doesn't it make you feel kind of... I don't know, disrespected that FoxNews just flat-out lies in your face about real, checkable facts in an effort to push an agenda? Again, it is one thing to skew data in an effort to push one ideology or another, but it is something quite different to simply make up numbers to make your viewers feel better. FNC is very cynical and has a general disregard for its viewers. It obviously doesn't believe you will check their supposed "facts" and have any thoughts of your own... And you didn't disappoint them.

That is the harsh reality of the situation we find ourselves in.

In 2000 and 2004, I obviously voted for Gore and Kerry, but I was well aware that Bush posed a real challenge and that the election could go his way (in 2004, it actually felt that way going in and I braced myself for it accordingly).

The fact that a lot of Republicans were blindsided by this demolition of an election (and it was a demolition, not just for the presidency, but other important seats) should make you angry. But, not angry at Obama or Democrats or the "main stream media... The news channel which you depend upon to give you straight facts with "no spin" is failing you, even when it comes to very basic polling data.

Someone's bubble remains unpopped.

Please, enjoy insulating yourself from reality.

If people haven't figured out yet that a news channel that at one time featured Glenn Beck isn't really a news network, I don't think they'll ever catch on.

An anchor on one of their programs called Nate Silver's mathematically derived permutations 'scientific gobbeldygook'. That should be a red flag about credentials to anyone with even the most basic common sense

Hopefully time will allow the GOP to go through the proper stages of grief and they will return to a more sane, reasonable incarnation of their party. But looks like a lot are going to double down on crazy, if so should be fun watching that train wreck for the next few election cycles.

Why is everything a conspiracy for GOP supporters???

Quote:
Ohio really did go to President Obama last night. And he really did win. And he really was born in Hawaii. And he really is legitimately President of the United States. Again. And the Bureau of Labor Statistics did not make up a fake unemployment rate last month. And the Congressional Research Service really can find no evidence that cutting taxes on rich people grows the economy. And the polls were not skewed to oversample Democrats. And Nate Silver was not making up fake projections about the election to make conservatives feel bad. Nate Silver was doing math. And climate change is real. And rape really does cause pregnancy sometimes. And evolution is a thing! And Benghazi was an attack ON us, it was not a scandal BY us. And nobody is taking away anyone's guns. And taxes have not gone up. And the deficit is dropping, actually. And Saddam Hussein did not have weapons of mass destruction. And the moon landing was real. And FEMA is not building concentration camps. And UN election observers are not taking over Texas. And moderate reforms of the regulations on the insurance industry and the financial services industry in this country are not the same thing as Communism.

The right wing radio hacks are a serious problem but in a culture where attention seeking personalities have to say the most ridiculous and absurd for personal gain, profit, etc. you can see why these people exist across the board among many media outlets. Whether it is in sports journalism(Stephen A., Skip, etc) or in the political discourse.
