i heard about that, one of my pet peeves is people who know the have a STD and knowingly infect their partners. How is that not a crime.

EDIT: He had Syphilis, which is bad, but people who knowingly spread aids should be in prison. I watched a frontline documentary on aids recently and there was this women who knew she had aids and was sleeping with at least 5 people. The part that was infuriating was that the doctor was talking to her and knew she had aids, and although the doctor tried to talk her into disclosing she had aids to her partners, the women claimed to be scared and would continue having sex without disclosing she had aids. The doctor didn't report her to the cops or anything.

I am not one for throwing people in prison for no reason, but if you infect someone with an STD knowingly I kind of would want you to go to prison.
