LeBron would be in over Melo. Kobe would not be in 1st team right now with his team's record.

you can tell allot more from how a player is playing than how their team is a few weeks into the season...

like i said before. whats more likely. the lakers not making the playoffs or kobe not being able to keep a good average

kobe is a 1st team all nba player right now. hes playing the best basketball out of anyone in the league right now

The "whats more likely" is irrelevant. The question wasn't who will be in the All NBA teams, it was "as of of right now," and when All NBA teams are selected, the voters do consider the record of the teams. How often have you seen a 1st team All-NBA selection include a player on a team tied for last in his conference? He may very well end up on 1st team, but "as of right now," that would not be the case.

If we go by your "whats more likely" statement, then Harden wouldn't stay on 1st team.

I don't see how Marc Gasol is better than him.

He has had better stats in some areas more than gasol, through 5 games. Gasol is putting up 17/7/5 along with 2 blocks a game. He is much more skilled and a better all around player than gortat. The grizzlies have zbo who grabs 15 boards a game. If he isnt on the team gasol is grabbing at least 13 a game. Marc is probably the smartest big man in the game, is one if not the best passing big, still beasts on defense without being very athletic, and can score anywhere inside the arc. Gortat is very good. But it is pretty dumb to say you cant see how he is better just by watching stats through 5 games.

Lebron's statline wins. 22.2 pts on great efficiency, 10 reb, 6.2 assists and only 2.0 turnovers per game.

Sorry man, even when your hero has one his best five game stretches of the past five years, he loses to an average 5 games for Lebron.

Lebron isn't a guard

considering kobe is a guard and takes mostly jump shots... and the extreme disadvantage compared to lebron in terms of height, speed, age, mileage

if you take all this into account. kobe is 5 times the player lebron is if hes still able to put up near 30ppg seasons with efficiency

lebron in his 17th season with no power, knees, leap, speed or quickness would average barely 10ppg on 25% fg's... thats if he was still playing. he'l be retired before then

so yea.. lol@ your bum a**
