I think Jerry Sloan is a better fit. They do a bunch of pick and rolls anyway, and who is better than Jerry Sloan at coaching a PG and PF doing pick rolls?

SVG is another good one.

The reason why Phil Jackson may not be ideal is because CP3 game is more ball dominant. Phil Jackson would take that away with the triangle. It could be a good thing, but it's unknown how it could affect a PG like CP3. You can say that Pippen played point with Phil, and they didn't run the triangle all the time. He could do something similar.

Their defense would improve with all three coaches.

The only non-Laker team I could ever see Jackson coaching would be the Knicks. I can't imagine him even considering another team.

Special I would agree normally but as ESPN pondered what if Phil went to Clippers and took discount with Clippers just to flip the bird at his enemy Jim Buss? Would be such a dominating news story.

That would be neat in theory, but then again the Clippers kept Vinny because he's cheap, and not at all because he's the most qualified for the job. They're not paying Phil's salary.

Clippers don't even like to pay players. They aren't about to spend the money Phil Jackson would want.

Don't bother man. He's not a better coach than Vinny.

Go back further. Brand, Maggette and Kaman got 5 year deals and Mobley even did. The idea that Sterling won't pay for players is dated. Clippers also offered Kobe and Arenas the max. I will admit Sterling skimps out on coaches though.

Phil's not taking on a rebuilding project.

Its title or bust for Phil, so no...he's not going to coach the Clippers. Or the Nets.

Right, let's hire a coach who makes the point guard position essentially worthless on the roster with the league's best point guard.

I'd rather hire either Brown or Mike Dunleavy as our defensive coordinator, Cassell as our head coach and bring back Kim Hughes.

One word: CP3

Phil won't be a nice fit. Jerry Sloan would be epic, though. Imagine what would happen with CP3 and Blake

Even Sterling would pay for Phil, because if there's one thing he's interested in...it's making more money.
