Miami is all about half-assing on offense. Even in the playoffs they half-ass, it's so bad.

On the flip side they usually have no problems giving 100% effort on their defensive rotations, but that can only keep them in the game for so long.

Most of those calls were for hammering Asik, and were pretty much obvious as the Heat didn't have anyone to protect the paint. They thought they could get away with hack-an-Asik, bit them in the ass.

You can't make up for bad calls at the end of games, early even if is a bad call you have time to overcome. Is not ok but still you have a chance.

Exactly. In stead of putting yourselves into a whole and having to fight back and regain the lead, why not come out really strong and bury every team while the game is still young?

On the bright side, it's more fun for us fans.

Well...it could be worse for Houston fans. Us Laker fans now have to deal with D'antoni.

Lebron was clutch though. But if I were a Houston fan, I would be so pissed right now.

The commentators thought it was a good call. I need another look at it.

Damn. Can't believe Lin airballed that one. At least hit the rim so you won't get shamed. He's gonna get some real shit for it, and it's gonna pile. Meh.

Refs were bad with the late whistles multiple times, that was annoying. Lebron's work at the end and the Rockets defensive letups (letting Bron go for the dunk??), those were daggers. I'm not too surprised though, Rockets definitely have to learn to close better, right now it's awful. Coaching has done a bad job with Lin, need to build his confidence not break it, have to have him hold onto the ball more if he's to take that late shot.

Expected this to be a bit of a blowout, close game makes it tougher to swallow...

Yeah, especially when we get to see a player like LeBron come out and explode in the second half. But I don't think it's too fun for them. I just wish they'd take the regular season seriously and just destroy every team like they're supposed to.

Either way, it was a good game. But Lebron took control in the end. And Lin

Hey, we had to play Durant and Westbrook 44 minutes tonight against an 0-7 team. It could be worse for Miami. I think some of the good teams just coast for 2 or 3 quarters sometimes, keep it close, and let their talent takeover in the end.
