PG: Jose Calderon is the back-up point guard for the Toronto Raptors. Starting 8 games with Lowry injured, he's averaged 13 pts & 12 assists, Rondo numbers. Obviously, not the same defender.

SG: Jamal Crawford or Manu Ginobli when healthy

SF: Clippers.

PF: Utah has like 4 good PF's, right? So one of them. Andray Blatche ain't bad off the bench.

C: Javale McGee or Nene Hilario...
