How the hell did we forget WALT BELLAMY!?!?? He was a better NBA player than at least 70 players on this list, especially during his peak where he even averaged 32 ppg, 19 rpg, 3 apg @ 52% FG (and that was his rookie year)...

Pace

61-62 (Walt's rookie year): NBA League averaged 107.7 FGA per game.
To put that in perspective; last year the league average was 81.4 FGA per game.

I read up on him a lot. Seems to be one of the most overrated players ever. He's a guy who's numbers never translated to anything. Those early Bullet's teams never made the playoffs until Gus Johnson was drafted a few seasons later.

this list clearly has more to do with popularity and the market the players played in than anything else....

Deron Williams.

He's had a great career already. And Paul is at 58. So he should definitely get in around here. And probably could have gotten in a little sooner

Williams is good but not as good as Chris Paul. It's like Olajuwon vs Ewing. Ewing was no scrub, but he was also no Olajuwon.

Chris Paul shouldn't have been 58. Maybe flip the numbers around, that's where I would have him at.
