Memphis to poised and dominated NYK physcially, having Melo defend ZBo and Gasol 1 on 1 is laughable, J.R Smith was back to being out of control for the first time this season and was lucky to stay in the game after that cheap ass elbow he threw. Knicks lost there poise and started aruging clear fouls while Gasol and Zbo had a field day.

Mike Conley won the PG match up easily and did a good job controlling things while at time pushing the tempo

knicks lost composure. When we feed the paint and knicks are playing small, you can either foul or allow easy buckets. Knicks are still obviously a great team. But Woodsons lineups made Hollins look like phil jackson.

Even though this game could've gone the other way, this is proof that Amar'e is a much needed presence in the paint.

everyone complaining about officiating. Grizz got calls because knicks were crying about everything. Not to mention when you feed the post like we do, and you are having melo guard marc and zbo, you are going to have to foul them unless you want memphis to just score an easy bucket. Knicks lost poise. Woodson coached bad. Give all the excuses you want, but the grizzlies won fair and square.

There were a lot of non calls too. Melo was getting raked in the face, with his headband twisted as proof.

Exactly the refs were not favouring the grizz at all, if you have terrible defensive match ups, than you will get whislted on top of the that the knicks was were REACHING in the WHOLE game. The knicks were beaten by a better more physical and mentally mature team and basically every single one of the Memphis starters outplayed the knicks starters.

On a side note how damn sick was Sheeds posting up my godness where has that been for the last decade.

Sorry, don't agree. Not taking anything away from the Grizz, but the refs helped take the Knicks out of the 3rd quarter. Not even-handed officiating.

Woodson didn't adjust well. No doubt. He's going to have to work on that.

Grizz win by 10. Grizz take 11 more free throws.

Not to say the Grizz played bad and were given a gift. They played great actually. But the game could have gone either way. The refs made sure it went the Grizz way though.

Props to the Knicks for never giving up.

Getting a spilt in San Antonio/Memphis is good going I think. Grizzles are a certain contender so there is no harm in losing on the road. It should be expected.
