Default Thunder vs. Hornets GT

Thunder up 29 at half time. 66-37.

Durant - 18/8/4
Martin - 22/3/2, 5/7 3PT, off the bench

Anybody catch Durant and Monty Williams go at it after the Vasquez/Westbrook incident?

Yeah, Westbrook and Vasquez started the whole thing. I'm surprised Perkins didn't try to fight Monty Williams.

Russ needs to keep his cool though. Dude almost went off because Vasquez fouled him and they had a foul to give.

Westbrook always does that, but Vasquez is getting all pissed because of the tough physical defense Westbrook has been playing on him.

LOL @ Durant obsessively statpadding rebounds in a pathetic and ultimately futile attempt to come close to LeBron James.

I know it's the Hornets, but they said their three losses this season have been by 5 or fewer points, so they've been competitive in every game.

OKC came out and asserted their will from the word go with their most intense and consistent defensive half of the season. Up 72-36 as I type this. That's impressive regardless of who you're playing.

And please, for the love of all things holy...no more 4 FGA games for Martin.

You're probably right, but this is like the third or fourth team OKC has played where an opposing fan has said "Martin always lights us up" lol.

He apparently always lit up the Grizzlies, too, but only had 7 points and 4 FGA. That was as much on his teammates, though, who ignored him most of the game.

Looks like Durant's jumper is back, too. For one game anyway. Thabo 3/6 from three and OKC 11/20 fro three as a team. Gonna win a lot of games that way.

We've definitely gotten a little lax this quarter. But I can live with that if we play with the same level of intensity in the first half games like we did tonight...as long as we're up by 20+ at halftime.
