Did anyone else catch the premiere episode of Last Resort on ABC? Just watched on On Demand after hearing it was the best new show of the season.

Fantastic episode.

Andre Braugher is excellent in it. He is the captain of a nuclear sub that receives a suspicious command to launch nukes at Pakistan. I won't say any more about the pilot episode than this.

It's got a lot of twists and turns and it sets up several different factions of characters that has a lot of potential for drama.

newest shows im watching are revolution and last restort

definitely enjoyed last resort a lot more.

I like Revolution quite a bit so far.

'Bout to go watch S01E01 of Last Resort.

Wow, pretty intense season opener.

This looks like it's gonna be a good one.

With Revolution looking good, SOA and Homeland back on, Walking Dead and American Horror Story both starting up again soon, and now this...there will finally be some good TV to watch again!

Oh and less than a month till NBA!!!!!

I think Speedman finally found a good role for himself. I miss Braugher on screen. Loved him in Homicide.

Have yet to see it but I have been anticipating this one since they started pushing it.

Will be seeing it very soon, especially with all the good things I'm hearing.

Yes, but not as much as the first.

First one was more intense. Still good though. The show seems incredibly ambitious. The story is global in scope. But you also wonder if it's going to tie up all its loose ends or portray the drama realistically. Or should I say the portray the reality outside of its tight little world.

I think I'm going to start a thread to discuss this stuff without spoilers.
