So you're just gonna disregard what's actually happened and consider it as an excuse? He just told you.

What does that tell you about what the coaching staff feels? If they were confident in his defense, he'd be playing.

You can't tell them what they've been watching. I saw the end of the game and he did great. 11/11/6/1/2/3turnovers.

Re: Damian Lillard
Batum most improved player of the year, and are we gonna act like Lillard isn't a lock for ROY?

I'm saying wow because you're using marginal "evidence" to justify your statement.
That tells you that the coaching staff doesn't feel Lin is up to scratch in crunch time. Airball the other day probably influenced them. However, it's quite plain that this caused the terrible offensive sequence by the Rockets at the end. Just awful.
Toney Douglas provides more pressure on the offensive player, but he's not the better defender definitively. In today's game Lillard scored more on Douglas.

"He did great"? What kind of analysis is that?
Another bad shooting night (3-8) and isn't trusted in crunch time defensively. Like I said before, offensive and defensive liability.

Re: Damian Lillard
Batum putting up some monster well-rounded stat lines, Lillard making me feel great about my Lillard + Irving for D-Wade fantasy swap.
