Default Hey ISH, check out my dunks

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UawmT...ature=youtu.be

Been working on my vert for about two years (no specific workouts, I have just had the goal of dunking for a couple years, which pushed me to use my legs more and slowly increase my vert). I'm in my senior year of HS, Starting PG Varsity.

No real reason for posting, just thought I would. Enjoy

1) How tall are you? Oh, nvm. Didn't read the title of your video. 5-10 if anyone else ignores stuff like that.

2) Pretty sweet set up you have there. Where do you live?

And you chin up a lot after your dunks.

I like the choice for the beat. Did you get it from a hoop mixtape?

Interesting that you nailed the two handers pretty cleanly, but struggled with the one hand. Can you palm the ball?

You should practice dunking from all different angles to prepare yourself for in-game dunking situations. Although, I have dunked twice in official games in my life, and I was a 6'4" point guard.

A really excessive amount..

Either way, nice 2 handed dunks but like someone else said I assume you don't do very many 1 handed dunks is because you can't properly palm the ball?

Jesus, you 5-10 and dunking like that? I'm almost 6-2 and can't even throw down an alley oop...

South Florida. Yeah it's an amazing set up.

Haha I was excited, these were some of the cleanest dunks I've hit in my life.

A Ballislife mix of Dominic Artis.

Nah, I got tiny hands. Two-handers are much easier for me.

Haha, I know, it really was excessive. Couldn't help it

Yeah, that's why. I have issues with one-handers. The one in the video was especially weak, though. I can do one-handers fairly easily usually.

Just keep working at it, three years ago I couldn't even touch rim.

Hahah its alright though, If I managed to throw down a dunk I'd probably be a little excited to (I'm 5'6" and at my best I could grab the rim but that was about it haha).

As for the one handed issues, I don't really have any tips on how hold the ball better since I can't properly palm a ball either.

Keep throwing down some nasty 2 handers though!

I'm honestly not sure... It's cemented into the ground and we got it probably ten years ago haha, I was really young. I'd say anywhere in the neighborhood of $500-$800 dollars though, we got a really high-end one because of how much I use it. I've certainly gotten my moneys worth.

Ha 3 years ago you were also like 14 For us older katz we don't have any more developing to do ha. (I'm 23 and referring to myself as an older kat )

Yea I do think you need lay of the chip ups though makes you look like a tool... but pretty impressive dunks for a 5'10 guy let alone a white guy. I'm 5'10 1/2 and I'd need like a 40 inch vert to put in dunks like that so you must be right around 40 inches assuming your reach is comparable to mine (7'7).

I had never hit clean dunks consecutive like that before, so I was kind of hyped up and excited. I don't normally do chin ups like that.
