I wouldn't say James Harden improved because we all knew he was good he just didn't get the chance to show it. I'll say Chandler Parsons is the most improved.

Harden is more opportunity. As evident by his scoring increasing, but his FG% being substantially lower than last season. Although if he picks it up a bit and manages to win the scoring title, you have to give it to him, no?
