This was before Dwight though, right? You can imagine Nash saying that because Gasol would be a perfectly fine centre on that team. Not ideal, but good. With Howard around though Gasol becomes a problem.

Gasol needs to get the fukc out of LA. He's still very good and he's still a threat in the paint. Too bad his contract is horrible.

Nothing bad about his contract if he's good enough to be the guy he was just a couple months ago, in the Olympics...i.e. Pau Gasol. He's worth that. Especially through a season and a half.

How can he be the same Gasol when he's been used as a spot up shooter and his coach clearly don't like playing him?

That's what I'm saying. How can he go out and actually be that player, the way things are? That doesn't mean he isn't capable of it.
