Is Wade Motivated?

The obvious decline in athleticism is one thing, but sometimes it just doesn't look like he gives a damn out there. Bizarre to see that from a 10 year vet and future hall of famer.

He doesn't bring it every night from an intesity standpoint, lately.

He took on the personaility of Shaq, as far as "pacing yourself" in the regular season. Wish he took on the personaility of Zo instead.

It's not motivation. Folks said years ago that his game would face a sharp decline when he lost a step or two. We're seeing that play out.

He's still good enough to have big games but the consistency is not there...

It's very true that he is suffering a sharp decline but I also think he's being very lazy on defense and not giving full effort.

Tell us how you REALLY feel, Pauk. Why should Ray start over him? Can Wade become elite again? Is dude officially done?

I mean....IMHO he's finished. Not to say he wont have those explosive games from time-to-time, but as someone else pointed out, that Wade we saw night in and out put defenses on their heels....is done. No mas. Finito.

I agree. He's on a decline, but he's still a good player. He should be better than this. No excuses.
