Dirk got it done without a superstar front court player. I'm not being sarcastic. Look at other power forwards and what they've done alone.

Tim Duncan did have Manu and Parker. So he is a special case. I don't know what to say in his case. I wonder if Duncan could win with the Mavs teams Dirk had.

Lebron was able to carry his Cleveland team. Without LB they became one of the worst franchises. Went from best record to worst. So why can't Love carry his Minnesota team to having a successful season? This leads me to believe that while he is getting rebounds, he isn't necessarily playing good defense or making his teammates better with his passing. Something is off with his game. It usually never transitions to wins.

I shouldn't have to say this as it should be obvious...but there's only one Lebron and there's only one for a reason...How many superstars can you name in history to carry their team with no other stars? And Lebron didn't win a ring in Cleveland either..

Thats like saying well Jordan was 6 for 6 in the NBA Finals with 6 MVPs, why can't *insert name here*...

Remember Z-Bo was called a cancer and stats-padding loser until that playoffs series against Spurs and then Thunder? Playoffs successes do change things, no matter whether you wish to agree or not. Until then, Kevin Love will always be criticized by many people, this is what he just has to live with.

Yes and he didn't get that playoff success until Memphis added pieces and got better as a TEAM...

Just for the record, Lebron did not make the playoffs either of his first two seasons, in the Eastern Conference.
