Default does Kyrie's trade eviscerates the narrative that Lebron is a "great team player"?

And that players actually enjoy being pawns in Lebron ball?

too many mouthbreathers confuse high assist numbers with being a great team player

No, it means Kyrie has a huge ego.

Really don't see how it says anything about LeBron. It says Kyrie wants the glory of a #1 option, that's all. And he can't be the #1 option on Cleveland because LeBron is much better, not because he's too selfish. If anybody is trying to argue otherwise, then reality is simply stacked against you. The numbers, be it usage rate, time of possession, fga, ppg or heck, even just the basic eye-test, all clearly indicate Kyrie has had all the freedom in the world to play his game next to LeBron. But it seems like he has higher aspirations, so more power to him, I guess.

We have never had a teammate of LeBron's, be it current or former, who has had anything negative to say about him. That's gotta kill his haters.

I think its more about the uncertainty of LeBron staying more than anything. Playing alongside a ball-dominant stat-chaser isn't exactly ideal, but I doubt Kyrie asks for a trade if LeBron was adamant about staying in Cleveland.

Wouldn't LeBron leaving play into what Kyrie wants though - his own team? And he'll still have another All Star by his side in Love. They should still be a playoff team.

Playing alongside a ball-dominant

Kyrie has the ball in his hands more than LeBron. Playing next to LeBron is not limiting him in any way.

Lebron has destroyed you.. You have no life.. GET HIS NUTZ OUT OF YOUR MOUTH AND ENJOY THE SUMMER..

If Kyrie leaves than I would also have to blame Lebron's indecision but as of now he hasnt gone anywhere..

LeBron is a great LeBron player.

Everybody else go stand in the corner and shoot spot-up threes. When you're done, just go ahead and line up behind the LeBron bus to make it easier for you to be thrown under it.

Yes, because Kyrie wants to prove that he can win without Lebron and get more credit, this means that Lebron stifled Kyrie's game and is a bad teammate.

Sorry haters, Lebron has literally kept certain players careers going (James Jones, Mike Miller, Ray Allen, Daniel Gibson, Mo Williams) and took other team's junk and made them look great (JR Smith and Shumpert from the Knicks). He is possibly one of the best teammates of all-time. Kyrie wanting to leave and get more credit doesn't do anything to this fact.

You realize all those guys are spot up shooters. Lebron has never made any all-star caliber player better and everyone who plays with him always has to adjust their games, while he doesn't.

Lebron has never had a problem with elevating role players, but he has never been good at meshing his talents with all-star caliber players.

LeBron won 3 titles while meshing with all-star caliber players.

It is the truth.

Every all-star who plays with Lebron has to adjust their game to him and he never gives an inch.

Lebron has never had a situation where he seamlessly fit in with another star like KD and Curry or even Kobe and Pau.
