Default 7'9" China man signs with ABA

His name is Sun Ming Ming, 7'9" 370 pounds and like almost every international player who comes to the U.S. he wants to play in the NBA some day. He's the tallest player in basketball history. Click the link below for the full story.

Seen some videos of him, not even kidding when I say I thought it was a slowmotion clip at first, he makes present day Shaq or Big Z look like AI.

He's tall, but slow and really doesn't have much skill.

He recently had some sort of tumor removed[brain I think], which is why he skipped on a few drafts.

that would be a terrible tandem. any team with even a slightly quick 4-5 or someone like dirk/okur would kill them.

Hahaha, watch at the end when he's playing two on two. He gets stuffed by the rim trying to dunk! This guy must have like a five inch vertical.

Moving from USBL to ABA is good for him. He needs more experiences. Also, does he has to jump? He can dunk with his feet on the ground!

And FYI, there is a taller professional basketball player than Sun. His name is Sultan Kosen, a Turkish guy.

So? That doesn't make him very mobile. History says that he won't last in the NBA. IF he does make it he probably won't play very much.

Another thing, Yao Ming is realistically the only player that has broken the rules for men 7'4 and above in this league. So Sun Ming Ming's dominance in the NBA, seems slim to none.

EDIT: Ralph Sampson, I forgot about him, dude was an athletic freak for 7'4.

You guys know he entered the NBA draft like 2 or 3 years ago right? Nobody picked him for a reason. He did some have medical problem with his hormones and all, but his trainer said he was like a "high school kid" when it came to his strength. It would be cool to see him in there just because of his height, but unless he makes some serious improvement, but won't ever see the court in the NBA very much, if at all.
