You want Nash/Blake/Duhon to press?

Should have keep Mike Brown. This was a horrible hire. I expect Kobe and Dwight to just start running whatever they want n about 5 more games. The team would be better without DAntoni.

But honestly...yea...I want Duhon and Blake and Morris to press. It's not that difficult.

But Howard needs to lead the defense and guide people as well. I think their team defense is a joke for a team with a DPOY canidate. I'm not sure anyone understands their role.

Morris would be fine, maybe Duhon, but Blake and Nash would get killed every time.

They have no communication on defense, and it all starts with leadership, which Dwight, along with Artest, are failing. No rotations, sleeping on box outs way too often, not hedging on P&Rs correctly. Just have a lot of work to do.

It's funny because this Lakers team has been set up exactly to slow it down, grind it out, and yet Jim Buss decides to hire a guy that is run and gun and no defense at all.

Mike Brown is a better coach than D'Antoni.

It isn't just Howard, no one else is rotating after the first one. I mean, when Dwight rotates, for example, Pau doesn't rotate to try to cover Howard's man and that gives up a ton of open looks. Happens more on/around the perimeter as well.

You guys need to make some small roster changes. Cut Morris, sign Mike Taylor. Taylor can press and create a fast break on his own. Open up a roster spot for another defensive player such as a Quinton Ross, who will guard the best of the best on the wings. Or go for a high energy defensive guy like a James Singleton.

So many options, they just aren't doing it.

Man, I remember thinking Clark was going to be a stud in the pros, but he is absolute garbage.

Waive Morris for Taylor, Clark for Birdman/K-Mart. An additional roster spot for Jumpin James Singleton.

Bench becomes MUCH better at that point.

But I'm sure in the locker room after the game.. that Kobe will talk about how he and Dwight need to shoulder more offensive load, and that'll help them win.

I saw the Lakers' box score and was like "how are they losing?"

Then I looked at the Jazz box score and saw 60% FG.

LOL wtf
