I said at the time of the injury that I would be shocked if he sat out the full four weeks. That seemed like the most pessimistic prognosis and a worst case scenario recovery for his kind of injury.
As for the game, Kyrie's biggest struggles last season came against the Magic, which was directly because of Howard protecting the rim and swatting away or drastically changing the majority of his shot attempts. It should be interesting to see if this year's version of Irving -- which is more of a playmaker and a little less reliant on attacking the basket to score -- has a different result.

Howard is nowhere near the level he was on as a Magic. Not yet anyway, wouldn't be surprised if LA lost this game too. When it rains, it pours!
