In 100 years, will anyone take OUR top 10's seriously?
Considering how past players from any decade are treated by some fans today, I could honestly see no one 100 years from now thinking players like Russell, Duncan, Wilt or possibly even Jordan a top 10 player...Hell, maybe deservingly so
Don't anyone panic though
"Why can't God be more like Kobe Bryant? When his team is losing and needs him, Kobe makes the winning shot and saves the day. When innocent children are starving and dehydrated, God misses the jumpshot of food & water into their mouths and they die. Kobe comes through in the clutch, God doesn't."

In 100 years too many things may happen, the extinction of humanity, michael jordan cloning, a global dictatorship or maybe the sport has given way to video games

I think Kobe is the only one will be left in the top 10 after 100 years.. No matter how many years, era, century will pass, Kobe will never be forgotten.. People will always remember him as the Greatest Player to ever play the game of basketball and after 100 years, people will view him as the ancient Gawd of Basketball..

Guys like Jordan, Jabbar, Magic, Bird, & Wilt will never be knocked off. LeBron has a shot but he can't knock them all off. Players in the future will come up too but it will take a lot of new stars.
