Yes, apparently they worked out a deal earlier in the season, and it's fairly definitive.
And I don't know where Doug Smith got his numbers from, because the Raps shouldn't be at 67. That's not to say that they'll necessarily use the MLE, but still. Doug is known for not exactly having the best math skills. Depending on how much Jose gets, and how much the team saved on the Garbo buyout, we should be at around 62 or so/.
