Default one of these 15 teams will come out of the east

Knicks - obvious favorite
Celtics - probably not but Rando is pretty ok so I could see it happening. I'd like their chances more if they could clone KG to have another big
76ers - Bynum could come back with bionic knees and play well
Nets - maybe if they fire Avery "isoball" Johnson
Raptors - this would be a good thing for the country of Canada, maybe Stern's biological father is Canadian so he lets the Raptors get to the finals
Bulls - Rose could get a shoe deal with Nike
Cavs - Kyrie Irving, nuff said
Pistons - Charlie Villanueva is a wildcard due to his lack of body hair, could garner pity as a cancer patient and other teams could let them win
Pacers - they're out in the midwest so no one is really paying attention to them, who knows what's going on there but they could be dangerous
Bucks - if they play the Knicks in the ECF Jennings could average 50 a game
Hawks - they are surprisingly good in a weak East
Bobcats - you can't count out MJ
Heat - Lebron is ok
Magic - Big Baby plays with so much heart and passion
Wizards - ok they probably don't have a chance, but it could happen

no other teams have a chance, book it i will bump when one of these 15 teams wins the eastern conference finals.
