If you want a perfect example of a team's record not being a true indicator of how good or bad they really are, just look at the Colts. I know they're 9-5 but they're still a really bad football team.
And why in the hell does it seem like every pass play is basically a 20+ yard shot down the field? Seems like we hardly ever run screens and/or quick slants to alleviate some of the pressure on Luck playing behind a horrible offensive line.
Luck has sucked...again. That makes three or four weeks in a row he's either been really bad or really mediocre. It'd help if his WR's didn't drop so many passes and if they had any semblance of a run game, but still.
Luck should be third behind RGIII and Wilson in the ROY race at this point.
Why even try keep running the ball at this point? It's been established the Colts offensive line sucks and their backs are average at best. Then we get cute with a trick play in a 2nd and goal situation?
The hell is Bruce Arians doing? F***, playoff hopes are on the line and you call a f***ing trick play on 2nd and goal from the 7?
I like Luck and think he will be good but the Colts have caught a lot of breaks this year to go their way.
I've been saying that all year. This is still pretty much the same amount of talent that started 0-13 last year and went 2-14. If they win today and get to 10-6 they've got to be one of the worst 10 win teams ever.
I think all but one win so far has been by more than one score and that came against the Jaguars. If it wasn't for some Luck magic five or six times, they'd be something like 4-10 or 3-11 right now instead of 9-5.
