I wouldn't mind him I guess. At least he has built a nice pedigree and has got success from Tebow and still managed to find a way to co-exist with Peyton.

If not McCoy, then Arians and Toub would be on my list next.

To co-exist with Peyton?

Yeah, because Peyton is a notorius offensive coach killer.

Delhomme - 93 TDs, 55 INTs with Mike McCoy...11/25 since

Kyle Orton - 49 TDs, 28 INTs with McCoy... 5 total starts since

Brandon Lloyd - career high in catches, yards, TDs with McCoy

Tim Tebow - 17 TDs, 9 INTs with McCoy, 12 rush TDs also....0 TDs as a Jet

Willis McGahee - first 1,000+ yard season in 4 years under McCoy

Peyton Manning - probable MVP, but he's Peyton Manning

Idk how much credit he gets for this stuff. I know McDaniels is credited a lot with Orton/Lloyd. McCoy gets a lot of the credit for adapting the offense for Tebow/Willis. Regardless, I like his resume.

Lol, come on man I didn't mean it in that way. I love Peyton!! He's the man. I just couldn't think of the right words to describe what I was trying to say about McCoy.

I'm trying to say that the way he was able to transition from a guy like Tebow to Peyton and still sustain a strong running game. Having Peyton obviously makes his job easier but like SP said, he does deserve more credit then he gets for running his offense.

so frustrating, Mike Holmgren has made it clear he wants to come to Dallas...but I don't think it's going to happen

I want him here as a coach, not so much a GM though, I actually think Jerry is a better GM than Holmgren is...but I would love him to come here and coach the team.

that 8-8 record is maybe just barely enough for Garrett to keep his job...

Gus Bradley Seattle DC name being thrown into the mix with the Eagles.

All I know of him and McCoy is what I look up and read. What I read I like. Doesnt mean either would pan out but I'd roll the dice on a cord from a winning team over a college coach with no experience.

1a. McCoy
1b. Bradley
1c. Arians

I'd be fine with any of these. They all bring something different. The offensive mind of McCoy, defensive mind/fire attitude of Bradley, leadership/experience of Arians.

Lovie wouldn't kill me but wouldn't excite me either. He's the defense version of Reid.

DO NOT WANT
Mike Nolan
Brian Kelly
Keith Armstrong

The Jaguars fired HC Mike Mularkey today after just one season as Head Coach.

49ers OC Greg Roman is reportedly one of the top candidates for the Jags job, Roman was the college roommate of new Jags GM Dave Caldwell.

Jags new GM has reportedly said Tebow has no chance of being on their roster next year.

I think there is a decent chance Tebow never plays again...he will likely be 3rd string from here on out where ever he goes.

Browns hope to wrap up their coaching search by Sunday. Word is the finalists for the job are Ken Whisenhunt and Bengals DC Mike Zimmer, with Bruce Arians still in the mix.

I'm not sure Tebow is a 3rd string on any team, they don't want the media attention.

Cool.

I was wondering when he was gonna get a HC gig, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Good hire IMO. He somehow was able to turn Derek Anderson into a Pro Bowl QB in his season as the Browns OC.

I guess Whis and Zimmer weren't the only two finalists.

yep, I can see him just being out of a job all together very soon...if not next year then the year after that.

what a very strange and unique story Tim Tebow's is

future ESPN 30 for 30 documentary..."The greatest college football player there never was in the NFL" or something like that lol
