Default Adrian Peterson

I know there is a football forum.

But hats off for an amazing season ending just 9 yards short of the record.

Huge accomplishment, don't want to take a damn thing away from him because he deserves all the praise in the world. Having a season like that is incredible, the comeback alongside it makes next to impossible to believe. He's made me into a huge fan of his this season. But I'd feel like such a piece of shit walking off that field a mere 9 yards away from making history.

It was interesting how the two lead MVP candidates (or at least two of the top three...with Peyton being the other one) ended up playing against each other on the last week.

AP just took the MVP right there. Rogers has no chance. Maybe Peyton will still get a few votes, but it's pretty much Peterson's now.

I was born in Wisconsin yet I was sitting here screaming at the TV. They had 2 timeouts and 14 seconds left, they could have called one and given him one more shot before kicking the FG.

Pretty sure they only had 1 left. Pretty sure you should get your facts straight before posting on these forums, clown

No need to get an attitude with me son. They had 1 left at the end of the game because they called the 2nd before the FG. They could have given him 1 last run then used the last TO for the FG.

He is the best running back in the league, who suffered a horrible knee injury last season which would have ended a lot of guys careers. He not only came back strong but he beasted all season ending up 9 yards short of the all time single season rushing record.
