Not to mention he didn't have Marshawn Lynch or Alfred Morris to relieve some of the pressure from time to time. I know Morris is a rookie like Ballard but Morris was good and consistent all year. Ballard, well.....wasn't either of those. He came on stronger towards the end of the season but, obviously, nothing close to what Lynch and Morris accomplished this year.

Reggie Wayne and Hilton are really that bad? seems like luck has a better WR core than the other rookies Lol at that baseless statement in the end too.

Of course a person like you looks at one line and acts like that is the only thing he said.

Oh final score prediction Seahawks 24-17

Yeah, that other Hasselbeck that's on ESPN broke it down pretty good last week on The Herd. I don't normally listen to Cowherd's show, but someone put a link to that interview on a Colts message board.

Hasselbeck said Luck was given a lot more responsibility this year than RGIII. Said the Redskins ran mostly "CARI" plays (Call And Run It). Whatever Shanahan called is what they ran with two or three WR's running basic routes. He said Luck was given and took on a lot more responsibility, calling and changing plays at the line. Said that's why Luck would be his rookie of the year. The numbers give RGIII and even Wilson the edge, but Luck (with a worse supporting cast) shouldered more responsibility and helped turn a 2-14 team into an 11-5 playoff team.

Yeah, our weapons aren't untalented. Not sure where he is getting his info.

They just did things today that normally they haven't done, like drop balls.

Wayne's great. Hilton? A rookie who has potential, but still drops way too many passes. Took half the season before he displayed any consistency at all.

Seattle has more quality depth at the position. Washington's crew is similar to Indy's.

Also the worst running game by far of the three teams in question.

But way to cherry pick one comment and try to turn it into some kind of point!

Hilton was feast or famine most of the year. He'd have a 100+ yard game and then a stretch of 20-40 yard games and a lot of drops. But he's a rookie, and that's to be expected. Like Ballard, though, he was a little more consistent towards the end of the season.

After Wayne, the Colts main offensive weapons were all rookies:

Andrew Luck
Vick Ballard
T.Y. Hiton
Coby Fleener
Dewayne Allen

I'm not even trying to take anything away from RGIII. I've already said I'd probably vote for him for ROY. I'm just trying to make the point that comparing his stats and Wilson's stats to Luck's stats to base your assumptions isn't exactly fair to Luck when you look at the bigger picture.

Hilton has been good and arguably the best Rookie WR. Just don't see how you can throw the WR core under the bus to defend luck. Luck WR core is not "really bad" and if you expect it to get much better than lol

Better Receiving core than wilson and competes with RG3's. Tannehill wishes he could use the excuse for WR to help him out.

Lol if you think I just came now. I've been right on every Seahawks prediction I've made this year on ISH

Including ones where people called me a homer only to fall on their own face when the games are played

And Luck wishes he had a defense half as good as Wilson's and a running game half as good as RGIII's or Wilson's. Oh, and he had the worst offensive line of the three, too. I'm done arguing with you, though. I've made very good points as to why the stats don't tell the whole story for who good Luck was this year (as have others) and you're just cherry-picking whatever parts you can to try and make your point.
