I'm assuming he's just a season-ticker holder, but he acts like our cheerleader almost. He's always sitting in the same spot, front row, behind basket almost, and will passionately get up and cheer our guys on whenever we score or make a big play. I've noticed him every game, all season.

Nav Bhatia. Owns a couple car dealerships in the GTA.
But in all honesty, what he's doing is great. Sponsoring a station that broadcasts game in a language that tons of people in the GTA speak? That man has a big heart, and probably an even bigger wallet.
He has a record in NBA of watching over 500 games as a fan. He buys 3,000 tickets at almost every Raptor game, and subsidizes them within South Asian community “to show the people that South Asians like basketball just as any gora, peela. I spend time in talking to players, so that they know about each other.” Through his involvement and dedication, where once there were only 20 South Asians watching basketball in the arena, now there are 800 wearing turbans and shalwar kameez.
how can people not know Nav Bhatia? He was the guy that first broke the story of Vince asking for a trade. The guy was at Vince's wedding. He has been at every raptor game for as long as I can remember. He donates a lot of the tickets too..a lot of the players know who he is too....
Why did I just see him at the Orlando game wearing a Magic jersey helping Vince Carter get up? Right behind the basket too, where he always is at Raptors games...

he and Vince are buddies I think. As was mentioned above, he went to VC's wedding.
