I'd give the nod to Durant at #1 fir now, unless the Heat finish with more W's than the Thunder then MVP goes to LeBron.

But you got Top 4 correctly though.

He definitely deserves some consideration, but that's about it. He's having a great season.

Still think Durant deserves his so far this season.

He deserves in more than Carmelo Anthony.

If we're being honest no one in the league deserves it more than Lebron James. This guy is the definition of MVP. He's absolutely the most valuable player in the NBA. There isn't a player I'd rather add to my roster other than maybe Kevin Durant. Still, Lebron is clearly better than Durant.

The Rockets have no business being this many games over .500

Going into this year, the playoffs weren't really that realistic it's amazing they have overachieved this much.

Harden definitely deserves to be in the MVP race right now, if they somehow pull off 50 wins with such a limited team, he deserves to be MVP of the league. I had them winning 35 games MAX before the season started. No business in the playoff race at all.

He is EASILY ahead of Carmelo right now but behind Lebron Durant and Paul but if the Rockets play 600 ball for the rest of the year it'll be close.

NO THANKS. If he gets MVP this year, his contract goes up from 25% of the cap to 30%.

I hate how the Rockets are getting so much attention. Let us lie low damn it.

in 2008-2009 he averaged 30\8\5 on 49% with a bunch of nobodies and finished 43-39 and finished 2nd or 3rd.

Hardens 25\5\5 on 46% shooting isn't special.

because wade is a statpadder while harden plays to win

I think Harden deserves serious consideration. This Rockets team is doing MUCH better than ANYONE anticipated. And it all started when Harden went on his tear.

Durant and OKC are doing pretty much what everyone else thought they would do.

Lebron and co. are actually underachieving, imo.

Melo and Knicks are starting to cool off.

It's still probably going to go to either bronbron or Durant...but Harden is making a serious case in my book.
