Houston is 17 and 6 in the last 23 games with Harden averaging almost 28 points in those. We are also 11 and 4 and the last 15 games with Harden averaging close to 30.We've beaten Memphis, Wolves, Philly,Lakers, Bulls(twice) Knicks (twice).
Why do people like this guy talk like they know basketball?. You do realize there are ONLY a handful of players in league history that have averaged 25/5/5 ...
Who the hell are you to question someones basketball knowledge then make that statement?
How many MVP considerations has ANYBODY ever got playing 25\5\5 ball on a average team?
As a Heat fan if I had an mvp vote right now I'd give it to Harden. Clutch, young team, great court vision, makes his teammates better, doing it big on a team expected to do nothing. Lebron plays with Wade and Bosh, Durant plays with Westbrook, CP has the best bench and Griffin. Harden doing it big with Jeremy Lin And you ****** act like he deserves no mention in the MVP race

This. They can't accept that he is not number 2 anymore. Get the **** over it

Insecure about what? Wade had 8 seasons better then Harden this year.
He's putting up 25\5\5 on a 21-14 team, this is nothing MVP worthy.

25/5/5 is very impressive considering he is sharing the team with Lin who has the ball in his hands a large portion of the game. With the ball in his hands more he could easily increase those averages.
When you watch him play you see that most teams don't have an answer for him and he fits perfectly in an uptempo offense since he is often unstoppable in transition (leads NBA in fastbreak PPG). His IQ is high and has a very well rounded offensive game in the halfcourt creating his own shot and shots for others. He is also 5th in steals last time I checked.
He is the biggest reason the Rockets are winning games. I think that makes him a legit MVP candidate if they continue being successful.
