Arrow Raptors @ Hawks official GT

yes yes, love the friday night games... gives me time to pre-drink before i hit the bar and nothing starts the weekend off better than a Raptor win.

Hawks have been playing decent ball in January, i'll givem credit for that. Josh Smith is back and his athleticism always hurts us, as does JJ's great shooting from anywhere on the court...

but lets not forget the guys who went 10-5 in January... raptors have been playing solid ball, beating up on the teams they should be and playing tough against the better teams in the league (cept for that indiana game)

my prediction = Raptors 104 - Hawks 90

Bosh, Bargnani and Mitchell go off after winning awards! Raps gonna win big!

115-95,

Book it! LOL! JK, this is always a tight game and should go down to the wire as usual. JJ should have a good game after being snubbed for the ASG.

Shoudl be fun to watch with a few brews in hand

I predict JJ goes off for 40 cause he's pissed about not being an Allstar. Unfortunatly for the Hawks, They lose anyway cause no-one else gets involved with the offence.

The X factor I find when the Hawks play is Tyrone Lue. If he plays well they usually can win. Not sure if he's healthy yet or not.

Doesnt matter..Raps win 103-98

Raps win 102-94.

Bosh has an average game of 19/12.

The real star this game is Parker who puts up a career best 25 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Does a good job on JJ too.

I think this will be a close game. I expect a big game from JJ. Raps should win.

Raptors should win this game but Atlanta usually plays well against us.

I'm expecting another huge game from Bosh and I think Bargnani will go off tonight.

Should be pretty easy for the Raps, but the Hawks haven't been doing so bad in their last couple of games.

Looks like both teams are hitting their stride.

I noticed the Raps just hit .500 and Bosh won player of the month.

The Hawks just had their first winning month in 3 years. And if Speedy plays tonight it will be the first time all of the regulars have been available.

JJ has been going off lately. He scored 73 in two games against Orlando. Smith had a stretch of 5 games where he averaged 20/10 which he hadn't done before. And of course he is 5th in the league in blocks. Marvin is even starting to hit his jumper.

Should be an interesting game.

I still don't understand how a team that is still desperately trying to win over its local fanbase (the Raps) can justify putting games like this on Raptors TV.

The vast majority of the audience in this area (greater metro Toronto) is not going to pay money to see this team play (on TV, especially). While the city is finally starting to TALK aboot the Raptors, it is still MOSTLY basketball fans who are paying close attention.

Looks like I will be listening to the game on the radio.

Don't get me started!!!!!!!!!!!! This Raptors tv thing is the worst thing going for trying to drum up fan support. How are all the margin fans suppose to get into this thing when they can't watch the games!!!
